Investor Responsibilities

Update contact and KYC details promptly.
Report grievances to concerned entities within prescribed timelines.
Operate accounts only for your own benefit.
Understand risks and read disclosures carefully before investing.
Preserve transaction documentation for future reference.

Dos for Investors

Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analysts.
Ensure your Research Analyst holds a valid SEBI registration.
Verify SEBI Registration number and details from the official SEBI website.
Pay your Research Analyst only through banking channels and obtain receipts.
Report any offer of assured returns or guarantees to SEBI.
Stay vigilant about fraudulent activities and protect your account credentials.

Don’ts for Investors

Do not provide funds directly to Research Analysts.
Avoid falling for market rumors or unsolicited investment claims.
Do not accept gifts or incentives that may influence investment decisions.
Do not share your trading or Demat account credentials with any entity.
Avoid cash payments exceeding regulatory limits in securities transactions.
