MoneyMetrics is committed to transparency in its fee structure, services, and investor grievance redressal. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All fees paid towards MoneyMetrics’ research services are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once payment is made and service access has been granted.
  • This is in accordance with SEBI guidelines prohibiting assured returns, performance-linked fees, or guarantees of profit.

2. Service Delivery

  • Services will be delivered strictly as per the subscription plan chosen by the client.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

  • Duplicate Payment: Any duplicate payment for the same service will be refunded after verification.
